VHS and Camcorder Videotapes to DVD

For many years videorecording used tape to store your family memories - unfortunately, tape slowly deteriorates, eventually becoming completely unplayable.  What's more, many homes no longer even have a VHS player!

The solution is to let us convert your videotapes to DVD disks which allow you to view all your old material on your modern digital equipment.

We accept VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, 8mm, Hi-8, Mini DV, Full Size DV and DVCam tapes for conversion.

Unlike some other companies we have a very simple pricing structure - each tape (up to 3 hours) costs just £15.00.  This covers the majority of tapes.  If the duration exceeds 3 hours (eg VHS recorded on Long Play mode) each extra hour will cost £5.  To ensure that your DVDs are of the best quality, if your video tape exceed 2 hours, we'll split it over more DVDs at no extra cost.

DVDs are supplied in professional cases with a title printed on the disk (we do not use adhesive labels which could come loose and damage your DVD player).

To allow you to find your favourite scenes quickly and easily, the DVD will have a menu screen and chapter points (with thumbnail images) every few minutes of the video.   If you remember how long it used to take to find a particular scene on a videotape, you'll love being able to go straight to your chosen scene just by clicking on a menu thumbnail image.

Duplicate copies of the DVD, supplied in a case just like the original, cost just £5.00 each, and make great gifts for friends and family, or as a backup in case of damage or loss of your original.

Your original tapes will be sent back with your DVDs.

Please note that we do not use domestic DVD recorders or cheap Chinese USB adaptors to produce your DVDs.  Each tape is individually captured on to our hard drives, converted to the MPG-2 format with chapter points and combined with a stylish menu screen, before burning to disk.

* When calculating the weight of the return parcel, use the kitchen scales to find the total weight of the parcel you are sending to us (including the packing materials), and then add 100 grams for each DVD that you have ordered.
